Welcome to Stonor Park, the home of my family for 850 years. Stonor is a very special place tucked away in an unspoilt and seemingly secret valley in the Chilterns. With its famous deer never far from view and Red Kites, Buzzards and other rare birds overhead, it’s hard to believe you are only one hour from the centre of London. My father and I both run our own businesses and we understand the importance of one’s work place and the needs of business. We therefore take a close, supportive approach to the management of the offices at Stonor. Description

There are two office spaces available to let, sympathetically converted from the traditional Theatre and Dairy. The offices are nestled within the beautiful and expansive wooded deer park on the Stonor Park estate. A serene workspace in a stunning part of the Chiltern Hills. Despite its location, the offices are of a high quality with modern amenities including dedicated fibre optic broadband, gated security and extensive parking for an unrivalled working environment.

The total area available in The Theatre is 1,519 sq ft (141 sq m) and the total area of the Dairy is 1,970 sq.ft (183 sq m). The offices can either be let separately or as a whole.

Location

Stonor Park is located approximately seven minutes from Henley-on-Thames and has good access to the M4 and the M40 motorways, and the larger centres of Reading, Oxford, Maidenhead and Heathrow. There is a mainline train service from Henley-on-Thames to London Paddington taking approximately one hour.
