Kia Porter will be joining the Harmonise Festival line up to give a talk titled “The Foundations of Women’s Health for a regulated nervous system and menstrual cycle.

Louise’s Kitchen Garden

Louise’s Kitchen Garden has enchanted over 1.3 million followers on TikTok and Instagram with her videos showcasing gardening and cooking tips. Through her garden harvests and family recipes, Louise teaches viewers how they can grow their own nourishing, unprocessed food

Polly Baldwin

Food activist and Naturopathic Fire Chef Polly is the founder of the Jolly Allotment Wellness Hub and Regenerative Gut Healthy food truck

Polly is joining us to speak about her experiences and do a live cooking demo to teach us the importance of nourishing our bodies the natural way.

Josh Harper

Josh Harper is guitarist and singer who plays up and down the UK regularly. While he plays a lot of solo gigs, he also spends much of his free time gigging with his four different bands in which he fronts two, plays lead guitar in another, and drums in another. With Josh’s range of classic songs paired with his chilled out vibes, we think he is going to be the perfect fir for Harmonise Wellness Festival.

Jayme Tovey

Jayme is an outstanding vocalist/guitarist with an eclectic mix of songs up his sleeve, delivered in his own unique way. Spanning across the era’s you can expect to hear songs by The Beatles, Otis Redding, Tina Turner, Oasis, The Killers, Crowded House, Van Morrison, Greenday, Bruce Springsteen, Fleetwood Mac, Coldplay, Tracy Chapman, The Jam, The Kooks, Sterophonics to name a few.Jayme will keep you mesmerised from start to finish. Ashlea McKee

Ashlea is a London-based certified classical Pilates instructor with over 8 years of teaching experience and 600+ hours of comprehensive training across all Pilates apparatus. Her brand, Pilates with Ashlea, delivers online classes alongside luxury Pilates events and retreats worldwide.

Katie Wolf

Katie Wolf is a holistic wellness practitioner, meditation teacher, and Pilates instructor specialising in nervous system regulation and embodied wellbeing. She facilitates experiences that blend ancient practices with modern neuroscience to support deep rest, balance, and emotional regulation.

Kate Hughes

Kate is a meditation teacher and mindset coach, and the founder of Kate Hughes Meditation. A former lawyer who suffered burnout, Kate is passionate about teaching others the skills that they need to deal with the pressures of everyday life, without having to leave their job, whilst building a successful and happy life.
