A Weekend of Medieval Revelry
Welcome to a weekend of Medieval Revelry in the glorious surroundings of Stonor Park near Henley-on-Thames.
Dogs are welcome so long as they kept on leads at all times as the event takes place within a deer park. Dogs, however, are not allowed inside the House or Chapel, in the Gardens or Wonder Woods Aventure Playground. Dog leash points are available.

Meat and Mead
Enjoy a delicious Hog Roast, Gourmet Stonor Venison Burgers and Hot Dogs as well as lamb and vegetarian wraps and ice creams.
The Stonor Bar will be in full flow with Mead from Lindisfarne Island, Local Rebellion Beer and a wide range of soft drinks and artisan coffee vendors.
Archery and Axe Throwing
Do you fancy yourself as a bit of a Robin Hood or an English Longbowman about to head to the Battle of Agincourt?
Then try your hand at Archery or Axe Throwing, both of which will be available all day (extra costs apply).
Medieval Costume Competition
Dust off your chainmail and be part of the fun in our Medieval Costume Competition. We are looking for Kings and Queens, Crusader Knights, Robin Hoods, Maid Marians, Court Jesters, Friar Tucks, English Longbowmen…
There will be a prize of a bottle of mead for the adult in the best medieval dress and a wooden sword and shield for the best-dressed child each day.
Travelling to Stonor
Please Note: If travelling on the M40, leave at J6 and avoid J4 and J5
Stonor is located in a beautiful valley in the midst of the Chiltern Hills between the M4 (J8/9) and the M40 (J6) on the B480 Henley-on-Thames – Watlington Road. Stonor is a 10-minute drive north from Henley, only an hour from West London, 40 minutes from Oxford and Heathrow and half an hour from Reading and High Wycombe.
If you are approaching Stonor on the M40 motorway from the East and are using a Satellite Navigation system please ignore any instructions to exit the motorway on either Junctions 4 or 5 as this will add up to an hour to your journey. Please only exit at Junction 6.
The nearest railway station is Henley-on-Thames and taxis are available from the Station.
