BIGGER AND BETTER
Stonor Supercar Sunday returns on Sunday 19 May 2019. A tribute to power, passion and performance, pioneering race cars, classic sportscars and modern hypercars will once again grace Stonor House’s pristine front lawn. Delicious picnics and street food, children’s activities including Stonor’s Wonder Woods Adventure Playground, a small fair and laser tag.
10am - 4 pm
Tickets include access to the Supercar Paddock, Picnic and Street Food Area, Wonder Woods Adventure Playground and other children’s activities. Please note the house will be closed during Stonor Supercar Sunday.
ON THE DAY
10am – Stonor Supercar Sunday Opens
Throughout the day there will be interviews with Supercar Paddock car owners on the Front Lawn
Wonder Woods Adventure Playground Treasure Hunt all day
12.45pm – CHPT3 Supercar Scramble
2pm – Supercar Judging
3pm – Prize Giving
3.30-4pm – Supercar Grand Depart
5pm – Stonor Supercar Sunday Closes
If you manage to peel your children away from the Supercars then be sure to take them to Stonor’s very own Wonder Woods Adventure playground, where a special supercar treasure hunt will be taking place. Enjoy some time on some traditional fair rides, play some laser tag or shoot some laser clay pigeons (additional costs apply for the fair rides and laser events).
TRAVELLING TO STONOR
Please Note: If travelling on the M40, leave at J6 and avoid J4 and J5
Stonor is located in a beautiful valley in the midst of the Chiltern Hills between the M4 (J8/9) and the M40 (J6) on the B480 Henley-on-Thames – Watlington Road. Stonor is a 10-minute drive north from Henley, only an hour from West London, 40 minutes from Oxford and Heathrow and half an hour from Reading.
If you are approaching Stonor on the M40 motorway from the East and are using a Satellite Navigation system please ignore any instructions to exit the motorway on either Junctions 4 or 5 as this will add up to an hour to your journey. Please only exit at Junction 6.
The nearest railway station is Henley-on-Thames and taxis are available from the Station.
