The Moon Witch’s Halloween Adventure returns to Tumblestone Hollow – Weekend

The Moon Witch is up to her usual tricks this Halloween! She has returned to the magical valley of Tumblestone Hollow but this time, she’s made herself at home within the woodland area. Can you help the Valley Folk banish this uninvited visitor far away?

Children are invited to join our Halloween Trail, exploring Stonor’s gardens and woodland area as they solve spooky riddles and finally cast a special spell.

PUMPKIN CARVING

Visit our pumpkin patch, pick your perfect pumpkin, and let your creativity shine as you carve out spooky, silly, or magical designs.

Pumpkin carving sessions will be held daily at 3.30pm priced at £9 per person (includes pumpkin, tools and carving assistance). Limited spaces available so booking is necessary.

You can also pre-order your pumpkins for collection from our pumpkin patch for £4.50 each and carve your creations at home in your own time.

Please Note: Once you have chosen your ticket and three hour time slot on our website, you can select the ‘Pick a Pumpkin’ for collection and/or the ‘Pumpkin Carving’ option. You will need to select a time slot that includes 3.30pm if you would like to book a pumpkin carving session.

DRESS UP

Children, and adults too of course, are invited to come dressed in their spookiest finery. We have prizes to be won! To enter, simply snap, share and tag @tumblestonehollow on social media. You will find a Halloween photo frame, perfect for your pics, on arrival.

Refreshments

Satisfy your cravings with wood-fired pizzas boasting mouthwatering toppings cooked to perfection in our Gozney oven. Choose from a Petrifying Pepperoni or Terrifying Tricholore to a Creepy Caprino or Monstrous Margarita.

Bite into delicious homemade burgers, warm up with freshly made creamy hot chocolate, savor traditional toffee apples, and cool down with soft serve gelato ice cream from Bologna and hand blended American style milkshakes.

STORYTELLING SESSIONS

Let young imaginations soar as the Moon Witch shows her softer side and shares her tales from her very own book, The Moon Witch and the Thief. Sessions are held daily at 11am, 1pm and 3pm within the adventure playground.

SPELL WRITING COMPETITION

Children can craft their own spooky and silly spells in our ‘Spell Writing Competition’. The more imaginative the better. Parents can help with writing and please don’t worry about the spelling ~ it’s all about the ideas! We have 10 books of The Moon Witch and the Thief by Amy Sparkes to give away. Come with your spell or put pen to paper during your visit. Entries can be handed into the Visitor Centre.
