Summer Adventures: Pirates and Princesses

We have a host of special events taking place during the school holidays in our 'Summer Adventures for Kids' programme.

During our Pirates and Princesses Weeks children are invited to visit dressed up as either a pirate or a princess.  We will then supply materials for them to design and paint a figurehead for the front of a ship or a family crest for a Royal Court. Learn about the Stonor Family and what your figurehead or family crest says about you.

They can then find their way to Wonder Woods, our fantastic adventure playground, and enjoy swinging, jumping, sliding and splashing in our giant sand pit, water pump, zip wire and slides.

Dogs are welcome in the park although we ask that they are kept on the lead as it is home to a large herd of wild deer.  Dogs are not allowed in the House, Wonder Woods or the Formal Gardens however we have 'dog parking' stations where you can attach dog leads outside these areas.

Our Pit Stop Cafe in the Visitor Centre will be open every day with hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks and ice cream. The Pantry Tearoom will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays where you can buy light lunches, scones and soup too!

Stonor House and Chapel are open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1.30pm.

BOOK IN ADVANCE ONLINE TO RECEIVE 10% OFF TICKET PRICES (offer available until midnight the day before your visit).
