Stonor VW 20 Special20th September
Whilst we are not able to hold our normal annual Stonor VW event this year we are pleased to hold a special VW 20 event from 10am to 5pm on Sunday 20th of September on the same day as our September Sunday Breakfast Club. We are very proud to have held Stonor VW since 1984 and of our relationship with the Association of British VW Clubs and so it is only fitting that we are able to meet up, see old friends and keep the torch burning until we meet again next May for Stonor VW 21.
Tickets are on sale now with guaranteed ticket refunds in the event of cancellation. From the 14th of September, by law customers can only visit in groups of up to 6 people (unless they are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6).
Our VW Breakfast Club Special will follow the format of our Sunday Breakfast Clubs where car owners are able to drive to Stonor, park up and enjoy the cars that attend. As such there will not be any traders attending the event or competitions, nor any camping over the weekend. Food and drinks will however be available.
In line with Government regulations and to ensure the ability to track and trace all visitor tickets have to be purchased via our ticketing website in advance. No tickets will be available at Stonor on the day. Anyone arriving at Stonor without a ticket will not be allowed entry into Stonor Park. We will also be limiting our visitor numbers so that we can safely manage the number of people at Stonor.
Tickets that have already been purchased will be valid for the Stonor VEW Breakfast Club Special however full refunds will be available if required. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to organise a refund.
As with all car events at Stonor the event is about the cars themselves and not about the noise they make or the speeds they can travel at. We therefore respectfully ask that you drive quietly through our neighbouring villages on your way to Stonor and strictly observe the speed limit at all times. Anyone found to be in breach of this will not be allowed to attend events at Stonor again and their details will be passed to Thames Valley Police. Please don't spoil it for others.
