Tumblestone Hollow will be fully open, but with greatly limited capacity to keep you safe. Please respect social distancing guidelines within the entire park area.
Recent Government guidance state that face coverings will need to be worn by all guests when entering the Visitor Centre, the Pantry and Stonor House except for children under 11 years and anyone with a disability or medical condition that precludes them from wearing a face covering.
Guests are welcome to wear face coverings on site wherever they wish, including within Outdoor areas. There is, however, no necessity to wear them and this will not be enforced outside of these environments as per the Government’s guidance.
You may see some of our staff wearing face coverings and protective visors around the Park. This is to keep our teams who work in certain roles safe.
We recommend you bring your own face covering to wear as needed but we do have face coverings available to purchase at the Park if necessary.
For your own safety, if you are being told to continue to shield, please do not visit us until you are given advice that it is safe to do so.
Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell.
We ask that if you are showing any symptoms of the Coronavirus such as a high temperature, persistent cough, or a loss/change to your sense of smell/taste you do not visit until you have felt better for 14 days.
Also, for the safety of others, if a member of your household or someone you have come into contact with has experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please do not visit us.
To allow for social distancing inside Tumblestone Hollow, we will be greatly reducing the numbers of guests we welcome each day. Therefore, to guarantee your entry you MUST pre-book your ticket online to visit. No tickets are available to buy on site at Stonor.
To avoid cash handling, we will be making any purchases within the Stonor Park contactless.
Before visiting us on the day you have your tickets booked for, please check our website for the latest information and any updated safety information.
The guest with the high temperature will not be able to enter the park, this will result in your whole group having to leave the site due to government isolation guidelines.
Due to Government restrictions, we are currently not taking any Group Bookings for Tumblestone Hollow. We hope to have this back on-board soon and will update the page as soon as they are available again.
There are group bookings available for guided tours of the House, Chapel and Gardens. Please see this section of the website for latest prices. https://www.stonor.com/plan-your-day/prices/
Please be patient with our team and each other.
We love the team at Tumblestone Hollow and Stonor Park, and we want to make sure they are safe and happy at work. This new way of working is new for all of us and we would ask that you PLEASE be a little patient with our team if there are a few delays or they ask you to keep your distance whilst they deal with you.
With limited numbers, we expect the queues to be minimal. We are however adding social distancing markings in certain places to make it easier for you to retain a sensible distance from other families. Please respect these and keep your distance for your own and others’ safety and peace of mind.
