We're Good to Go

To help ensure the health and wellbeing of our visitors and colleagues, all visitors must adhere to current government guidelines relating to Covid-19, and follow any other guidance provided at Stonor Park.

In line with current Government regulations, including NHS Track and Trace, all visits to Stonor must be pre-booked via our ticketing site as part of our coronavirus safety measures, protecting visitors and staff.  No tickets will be available to purchase on site at Stonor.

We guarantee full ticket refunds in the event of cancellation.

From the 14th of September, by law customers can only visit in groups of up to 6 people (unless they are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6).

In order to protect the health safety of our visitors and staff, and enable safe social distancing, we have introduced the following measures at Stonor:

Strict limit on the number of people allowed at Stonor Park at any one time

Access to the Wonder Woods Adventure Playground, Stonor Gardens and car park and special events will only be possible with a pre-booked timed ticket, available from our website only

No tickets will be available to purchase on site at Stonor

Tickets will specify a time window for arrival

New signage to provide clear guidance for all visitors on arrival

Visitor Toilets are open with an enhanced cleaning regime including steam cleaning.   Hot water and soap for regular hand washing as well as hand sanitiser is available however we ask that visitors also bring their own PPE and hand sanitiser

We will endeavour to provide First Aid support to our visitors. This may include support from our trained staff for visitors to administer self-treatment or assisting to request emergency treatment from the ambulance service

Asking all visitors to use contactless/card payments to avoid the handling of cash.
