Keeping Our Guests Safe

We're Good To Go

‘We’re Good To Go’ meaning that we are following Visit England’s guidelines for having the necessary procedures in place to follow the Government’s COVID-19 re-opening guidance.

To help ensure the health and wellbeing of our visitors and colleagues, all visitors must adhere to current government guidelines relating to Covid-19, and follow any other guidance provided at Stonor Park.

Access to Stonor Park is currently only possible with a pre-booked timed ticket, available from our ticketing website only.  No tickets will be available to purchase on site at Stonor.  We therefore ask that all visitors respect our local communities, staff and each other, and only travel to Stonor if you have pre-booked a ticket.

We guarantee full ticket refunds in the event of cancellation.

All visitors should follow the government’s Covid-19 roadmap rules outlined in step 1, which permit that from the 29th March, people will be able to meet outside in groups up to a maximum of 6 people (the Rule of 6) or with one other household, though people from different households will still need to socially distance from each other.

All visitors must adhere to current Government guidelines about social distancing and any other applicable safety measures, as well as any instructions from Stonor Park.

We are following a 2 metre distance rule at Stonor Park. We ask all guests to follow this while onsite to enable social distancing.

Wash your hands for 20 seconds after using the Visitor Toilets.

Use the hand sanitiser dispensers at every opportunity.

Wear face coverings, unless medically exempt.

All bookings will be for a specific time slot. Anyone arriving outside of the times stated on their booking confirmation may be turned away.

We will endeavour to provide First Aid support to our visitors. This may include support from our trained staff for visitors to administer self-treatment or assisting to request emergency treatment from the ambulance service.
