Thanking all members of the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, Royal Marines and Ministry of Defence will be welcomed through the gates of Stonor Park free of charge with relevant ID this weekend.
Lord Camoys, custodian of Stonor Park, said: “Looking back at the Stonor family tree, many generations were involved with the Armed Forces, so it’s very special to host our first Armed Forces Weekend, giving individuals free entry to Tumblestone Hollow and Stonor’s picturesque park and gardens.”
“It is important that we show our gratitude where possible and we hope this offers armed forces personnel the opportunity to spend special, quality time with their family and friends.”
This offer can be used by anyone serving in the Armed Forces, including employees from the RAF, Army, Royal Navy, Ministry of Defence and Royal Marines.
Free tickets for the Armed Forces Weekend are for qualifying guests only with proof needed on arrival. All other family members and guests visiting will need a normal entry ticket. Tickets are for the adventure playground and Stonor’s gardens
